There are a lot of people who have cravings for sea foods. One of the main sea foods is machli (fish). Pakistanis have a great appetite for sea foods. There are a lot of nutritions in fish and is a healthy food to eat. You can find a vast variety of fish in Karachi as Karachi is a coastal city. Machli is cooked here in all the forms like fried fish, fish curry or barbecue fish. People of Karachi make machli biryani as well and trust me it has the most soothing element for your taste buds. Karachiites eat fish throughout the year. Fish is a favourite meal in Balochistan as well. Lahoris like to eat hot, deep fried machli as winter speciality. It is available on all the shacks and restaurants and becomes the top selling food in winters.
