Shopan / Joqes
Shopan is a famous traditional food of Hunza. It is made from stomach of goat or sheep. The stomach is marinated with lemon or vinegar overnight so that it does not smell bad. This stomach is now stuffed with minced meat and spices. This dish is native to Gilgit Baltistan.
